This existing 4,000 SF residence underwent a complete remodel including the addition of another 2,600 SF of new construction including a new Master Bedroom, 4 car garage and expansion of the rear terrace.

In addition the project included a new 2-story 1,500 SF guest house with entertainment room, Pool Bath and additional two bedrooms on the second floor.
