The office is divided into three different levels. The lower level contains workstations, public bathrooms, a kitchen, print room, storage room and back corridor exit. At the mid-level, which is where the main entrance is located, there is a reception desk, accounting offices, small conference rooms and both of the partners’ main offices that overlook Ponce de Leon Boulevard. At this level, an exposed shear wall is located with its floating steps leading up to the mezzanine level. At the mezzanine level there is an interior designer’s area, storage room, A/C room and IT room. The office incorporates an industrial look by leaving all round columns, the shear wall, block walls, and ceilings exposed. It also has floating ceilings at the main conference room and two main offices. In addition, the state-of-the-art office design called for stunning, three-dimensional radius walls and glass panels.
