Client contracted CATALYST to design and provide pre-construction services for an addition to the existing residence. The addition consisted of a new Master Bedroom, Master Bath and Walk-In Closet.  CATALYST provided pricing during each phase of the design development to ensure the client stayed within his construction budget that was established early on in the process.
