This existing warehouse located in Miami, FL was in need of two new roll-up door openings for the receiving and shipping of merchandise when the Owner contacted CATALYST for its Design and Construction services. Our design engineers evaluated the existing building and designed the most cost effective way of reinforcing the structure to allow for the cutting of the (2) new 20'-0" x 10'-0" openings.
