This three bedroom two bath single family home had been heavily damaged by fire and had been sitting dormant for almost a year.  Our scope consisted of demolishing all fire damaged elements, installing new trusses, roofing, windows and doors. New flooring, kitchens and bathrooms were also installed and the electrical infrastructure, HVAC equipment and ductwork were redone. The backyard was also cleaned up including grading all areas level, installing top soil and removing spoils . New landscaping was installed and the home was painted in its entirety inside and out.
