This 1,500 SF interior build out included inventory storage, managers office, restrooms and a 950 SF state of the art showroom with custom built-in cabinetry and LED lighting. Working closely with the property manager our team coordinated the installation of a new fire alarm panel that tied into the existing residential panel that serviced over 250 occupied units with no inconvenience to the other tenants or the many residences that occupy the building.
