Office expansion included five new private offices, document filing room and security storage closet space for IT equipment. Our scope consisted of demolition of the existing office space, new walls, ceilings, millwork and flooring.

As is with most office tenant improvements, It was of upmost importance that our team not impact our client's ongoing business operations. This required us to perform a lot of our work during off hours. As is customary when working in an existing occupied building, coordination, professionalism and maintaining a clean site was of top priority.
